OF ALL THE PEOPLE TO GET "SIDEWAYS" WITH, WHY didn't Fani Willis do EVERYTHING "by the book" in dealing with Trump? What is it about Trump that would lead ANYONE to engage in questionable behavior? I also don't like all that CASH floating around! I NEVER did anything like that in my 38 years of law practice!
If Trump "gets off" because of this mess, Fani Willis should be reviewed by the Ga. State Bar.
Is there any way , legal or not, Biden can send the desperately needed money to Ukraine by going around Congress ?? And worry about the fallout later. Before I heard Ms. Fani testify, I was completely in her corner. My initiial reaction was this: So she had the hots for a co-worker; that is irrelevant to the infinitely graver charge that Trump, though odious machinations more common to banana republics, tried to steal an election and abort democratic processes.
Then I sufferred to hear her dim-witted testimony. 2 aspects of her testimony sickened me:
1) She asked the prosecutor, "What continent is Beliize in." Her intellectual mediocrity appalled me. I wonder what her LSAT score was.
2) She testified that she had cash transactions with her lover and that individual transactions totaled thousands of dollars. She also said that in her home she has up to 9K in cash. I know that drug dealers often prefer cash transactions as do terrorists and Anthony Soprano's friends. I got a sick feeling upon learning that a prosecutor has the same mores as the criminal class.
IF TRUMP IS LET OFF THE HOOK, IT WILL BE, IN PART, BECAUSE OF THE COLLAPSE OF STANDARDS IN OUR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION SOCIETY. Fani Willis is a perfect example of why many people who hate Trump's guts will vote for him.

An excellent article. Having been a Fulton County voter I had special interest in the facts and listened to that audio call more than once. The whole time thinking that it would never be acceptable for any Democratic president to make such a call so how could it be possible for a republican president. I still can’t understand how anyone of a clear mind could not listen to the call with Trump and the Ga SoS and see exactly how corrupt Trump is. Thanks for the good and important work gentlemen.
What is of concern to me is that so many are disregarding the fact that Trump and his campaign staff actually were attempting to overturn the election. I see this trail as another distraction from the facts of the case! I read a funny story today regarding the fake elector strategy. One or more “fake electors” say they were tricked into becoming a fake elector! Sure they were!👺

Fani Willis could resign. Then the county commissioners could appoint an acting district attorney.
