"Presidential immunity" is a desperate response to a fever dream conjured by D. Trump late one night while he was having cold sweats. The concept has already been demolished by Judge Tanya Chutkan and The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Trump responded by filling a petition for SCOTUS's review of the Appellate Court's rejection of his spurious claim.
If SCOTUS remands the petition to Judge Chutkan, she can schedule immediate evidentiary hearings that would display prosecution's evidence for all to see and digest. Witnesses like Mike Pence and Wm. Barr could be called to add new testimony. Such hearings would likely be beneficial to prosecutor Jack Smith's case, as they would bring facts of the case into public view even though the trial itself would not have yet begun.
If Trump's SS (Schutzstaffel) detail lets down its guard unexpectedly, please walk up and tell him that we're sick of his juvenile posturing and shenanigans. We are all desperately hoping that he gets pinned to the wall by the jury and maxxed by Judge Mershan.
FΓΌhrerbunker, not "Trump Tower".
Can Shitler get some respect?

Jonathan:
The following appeared as part of Peckerβs testimony but has received little if any attention. What do you make of this?

Hi, Stephen:
It is not significant. Trump talked to Pecker about catch-and-kill in a different room from where his prez advisers were gathered...

Great American journalism at the National Enquirer finally exposed.

That would be a good way to get banned from the courtroom...
